Back Home

We spent our last day in Anchorage digging out of the snow.  Well, actually I didn't dig out but the team members did.  The Mississippi team was there that last Saturday.  They were going to do a ministry project that morning, but had to cancel because of the snow.  I had really wanted to see it snow one last day before we left.  Well, Anchorage got 12 - 16 inches of snow.
The vans in the parking lot covered with snow.

One of the girls decided to make some snow ice cream.  It was delicious. She took 2 cups of milk, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla.  She mixed in enough snow to make the right consistency.  It was delicious.  It tasted just like homemade ice cream.
A picture of the Mississippi team and Levitz family taken in the park with the kids.  What a neat gift!!
We were on the same flight as the Mississippi team to Minneapolis, so enjoyed spending some more time with them.

Howard grew his beard, because we were going to go to Alaska in the winter.  Yesterday it came off and he got a hair cut!!

Well, we are off tomorrow for Arkansas and Texas.  Keep those prayers going up for us!
